I went in and asked for a full cat-back system replacement, but after a quick glance Stacey recommended replacing only the muffler to save money since the whole system did not need replacement. I appreciated this and agreed to do business with him. He quoted me a price and scheduled my appointment. I dropped off my truck a little early and left it for him to get to when he could. They finished early and and called me to pick it up. When I settled my bill I was pleasantly surprised to see the same number as my quote. The flex pipe needed to be repaired on our car following a bumper tap. Stacey at the front was so friendly and professional. He quoted my husband the price and that’s exactly what we paid when the car was fixed. They did a great job. I had my 9 month old with me while they fixed it. We were allowed to wait in the lobby and Stacey kept us updated, made friendly conversation and was very personable. I would highly recommend this business and if we need other repairs in the future, I’d go out of my way to take my car there.

Dropped my car off after close last night, it ended up in the ditch because the brakes needed repaired. They got it out of the ditch and fix my brake line in less than 12 hours. This was extremely helpful for me since I needed it before my shift delivering food tonight. Thank you!!!

Took my vehicle to this location on the recommendation from a friend. I trust my friends opinion and went here which was really troublesome because it was completely out of my way.
They were very quick to test my catalytic converters and found they needed replaced. The quote to replace them was a whopping $1444. I decided not to have it repaired. I was fine with it I paid the $50 for the diagnostic fee and was on my way.
I was talking with another friend and he thought that was a little of base and recommended someone else. I took it elsewhere and told them that someone did test the components

This is the place to go for your Muffler work! Honest work, accurate estimates - done when promised. Son's 4Runner (20 yrs old) needed a budget-friendly repair on a cracked exhaust pipe. Midas (Clive, IA) wanted $900. Midwest Mufflers welded the pipe, reinforced (weld) a previous DIY fix, retained the muffler (still good and functioning) and added the necessary gaskets. All of this for 30% of the crazy Midas quote. I do not like spending money on my son's vehicle, but working with business like Midwest Mufflers made it a great, worry free experience.

The men at Midwest Muffler are so great! They all have great customer service and they got my car in on the day I took it in and had it ready the next day which is impressive as I had to have a bad wheel bearing repair by another place fixed and a part ordered. Jim is the owner; he's honest and upfront about any work needed to be done and listened to me when I talked. I've had bad experiences in the past where I'm just looked past and treated like a little girl. So pleased with the final product, I definitely recommend this place!
