This is the 2nd time we used Richard Su at RASH Studio, the first is for our primary home and the 2nd is for our investment property.
For our primary home, it's a full house remodel that involve adding extra bathrooms, central AC, laundry room relocation, add/removing walls (involving foundation work), a complete kitchen remodel, plus more.
For our investment property, it's also a full house remodel that includes relocating the kitchen, bath remodeling, full house electrical rewiring, interior wall replacement, plus more.

I don't even want to give one star. Not sure why Richard get such high rating on yelp. Maybe he was good before. But he totally failed on us. My husband found him through yelp and his proposal looks he can finish the job fast. He got our deposit, but drag us for 5 months, deliver nothing.
He lacks communication with his client. After he got our deposit, he doesn't pick up our phone calls. We had to keep email to track status. He will be upset if we ask too many times. His reason is he is expanding his business and very busy. Every time when we lost hope, he will give us one PDF with

Richard Su is amazing!!! I needed him to draw some concepts for kitchen and bathroom. He was able to design some really well thought out plans. I received several comments that the layout was really nice! His attention to detail is great and he is super responsive. I would highly recommend Richard to anyone. Richard Su at RASH Studio's was our architect for a complete kitchen remodel. The kitchen remodel involved a teardown to the studs of the existing kitchen, and removal of a structural wall.
Richard was detailed, both his work and his customer service were exemplary, and we consider him to be a true professional, and a great example within his field.

We looked at a couple of architects to draw plans for a small remodel for our newly purchased home. Reasonable when it comes to pricing and very responsive by e-mail. What I liked was that we got exactly what we wanted and they were very responsible. Never expected to need the services of an architect but I guess that's part of being an adult/homeowner.
