Patricia did an absolutely terrible job, she started by taking $3500 from me as a retainer which the retainer actually went to nothing because right after I had to pay $1500 a month which was strange because what lawyer charges monthly? I’ll tell you who a Lawyer who doesn’t want to do their job. When I tell you Patricia is an absolute terrible person I mean it. She does not care whatsoever if she does things wrong or makes things worse. Don't believe me??? She has gotten her law license revoked in CA and has multiple BAR infractions. She makes simple mistakes and then she yells at you and totally bull dozes through anything you have to say. I don't know where all these 5 stars are from but knowing her for the short time I did I can almost guarantee they are fake..

Charged my mom 4,000 dollars from the gate. I ended up getting a DA reject but she supposedly didn't have time to call me the week or even day before court. No, we talked the morning of. Then when we spoke she's talking to me about jail time. My mom worked with this law firm in 2016, I will say this her law firm was the only firm to get results in saving my moms house, we went through numerous atty that promised everything and delivered nothing, her law firm stepped in at the last minute and saved my moms house from foreclosure, yes she is expensive however if the cost you pay to save your home is a few thousand then it's worth paying for her services.

Ms.Rodriguez is one of the hardest working people I know, she is honest and kind. She really does care about everyone who comes into the office.
