David and his crew at HIU were excellent. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I am thrilled with the completion of our basement finishing. The work is quality and no detail was left uncovered. Every team member was friendly and respectful when coming into our home. David is an excellent communicator and was always available for any questions or concerns. He was attentive to every detail. Dave, Jeff and their crews completely refinished our basement and we couldn't be more satisfied. They emphasized their final product and they certainly did not disappointment as our basement turned out fantastic and just what we envisioned. Their initial quote was reasonable and they stuck to it with only a couple of minor adjustments having to be made. The entire process took approximately 2 months and by the time they finished we were friends. These guys have our highest recommendation.

From the start, they worked with me to plan the exact details of every step so as to keep within my budget, while being very forthcoming about how I should order my priorities and the details of each project. This spring, David and his team with Home Improvements Unlimited did a complete remodel of our master bathroom and also repaired some less-than-quality work that had been done on a guest bathroom remodel a few years ago. Home improvements unlimited made my bathroom dreams come true. The bathroom is one of my favorite rooms in the house as I love taking a nightly bath so I knew I needed to make it feel more luxurious and spa like. They exceeded my expectations! I feel like I'm in some swanky resort, I truly can't believe this is my bathroom. David was such a wonderful person to work with. So patient and kind. David and his team finished our basement for us. We had a Egress window, extra bedroom, full bath, laundry room, movie room and playroom added. David was very easy to work with especially considering the amount of changes that we made on the fly and all the work was done very professionally and in a timely manner. The workers showed up on time and were very friendly and respectful. This basement far exceeds what I thought it could be and we absolutely love it. Without a doubt we will be using Home Improvement Unlimited for our next major project.
