Horrible Shampoo Experience! There was a young girl washing my hair with little experience. The shampoo experience overall was agonizing. As a final step she lathered mouse all over my hair which left it dry and brittle. After I left the salon my hair was worse than when I walked in. It was weighed down and extremely dry. I ended up rewashing my hair at home. I basically just wasted my money. When it came time for my next appointment they called and canceled my appointment. As unprofessional as that is, I couldn’t help but think... Thank the lord!
