It's hard to believe that it's been 1 year since I've taken over Dr. Herseth's Bothell Dental Care Office. Many changes have taken place since then: we completely renovated the office - updating the computers, the digital X-rays, and adding new chairs and equipment. I am happy to report that the result has been positive and provided us with an office better equipped to serve you as our patients.
When you choose Bothell Dental Care you are choosing a knowledgeable and attentive dentist and the team who are dedicated to helping your smile be something you are proud of. While going to the dentist, isn't my idea of a fun time and I've put off going for far too long, the people at Bothell Dental Care made it as painless as possible. Starting with the receptionist, dental assistants and the dentist, they couldn't have been more friendly, pleasant and knowledgeable. First, they let me know what my insurance would cover there and then let me know the costs of any procedure I might need. Knowing ahead of time what it's going to cost, really puts my mind at ease. So, if your looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Bothell Dental Care.

Nobody, I mean NOBODY enjoys visiting the dentist, but when you do and it is an enjoyable(?)...experience. I question the term, "enjoyable" I mean, having someone poke and prod your mouth...enjoyable? It is what it is, get over it.
At Bothell Dental Care the team led by Tien-Dat Nguyen, "Dr. Dat", I feel comfortable in this dental office. The staff is above all, professional. They are polite, courteous, and warm. Warm as in understanding of each patient's needs and requirements for optimal dental health and they are professionals in their vocation. They are real people. Their objective in my opinion

Jaime at Dat Dental provided excellent customer service during my routine cleaning. I was amazed at the amount of care and how thorough she was cleaning my teeth.
As we conversate between cleaning, she went beyond to check up on the rest of my family. We discussed my treatment plan for remaining of 2020. If I was not able to utilize my benefits for the year I at least know what to expect next year. Not all patients are familiar with how their dental insurance works so when an experienced employee is able to provide you some helpful advise to maximize your insurance use, that’s quality service

I have been under the care of Dat Dental for many years now. When I got diagnosed for an illness that needed treatment that caused long-term side effects on some parts of my head and neck, Dat Dental has been a great help managing and monitoring those side effects on my teeth and gums. They take care of me very well and all the staff are friendly and professional.

I cannot recommend Bothell Dental Care More I am in love and I am a loyal loyal customer I have never never met a dentist that I can trust her feel safe with her want to go back to and this is your place either here in Bothell or they're Lynnwood location no one is paying me or give me anything free for this review they are just wonderful and this is long overdue I am so grateful for Bothell Dental Care and helping me take care of my oral health and my grill!!! Did I mention their staff is amazing just amazing just amazing just wonderful and just lovely and beautiful!!!

Such a great visit, as always. Very friendly and knowledgeable front staff that made scheduling a breeze. Love the text scheduling and reminders! Had a great cleaning with Jamie today. Thanks for taking care of my gums! Great thorough cleaning with a very efficient and gentle hygienist! Definitely recommend this place! Been going here for over 10 years and they feel like family! They were also able to get 3 of my kids in same day as me. Love it! Keep up the great job you guys!!

This office feels so warm and inviting. Great front office staff who listen attentively and seek to make your experience a positive one. I was able to get an appointment the day afer Christmas due to their responsiveness. I would have wasted my insurance benefit for the year otherwise, so very grateful for that. One dentist works out of this office and the dentist herself actually did the cleaning. I have been to bigger offices that work like an assembly line with the hygienists doing the cleanings, and I wa looking for a boutique office. Very modern office and living room, laid back vibe.
