Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
Charged $200 for nothing. Wanted $100 more, to fix his mistake. Shoved a broken piece of old pipe into the septic tank. Brought wrong size pipes to replace the old ones. Have not seen or heard from anyone until today, when I was cussed. Pathetic!!

Awful experience:
-Came to repair leak in cellar and didn't check to make sure the leak was actually fixed before leaving. When I went down to check myself, the leak was also in a new location and now GUSHING.
-Left used packaging on my bathroom floor and old valve flap on my kitchen counter (toilet is STILL running).
-Tracked dirt throughout home.
-Didn't have a flashlight and had to borrow mine (what plumber doesn't have a flashlight?).
Basically, nothing is fixed, and something is worse. Not a net gain.
Never again.

We were very impressed with A Trio Ditch Service & Plumbing from the beginning! The man answering the phone handled all my questions and concerns about our plumbing problem with a lot of professionalism. The plumber who came out to do the work was very knowledgeable and worked swiftly. We are very happy now that everything is working the way it should!
