This hotel has a charming and beautiful little cafe/patio area for drinks and snacks by the fire and wonderful, helpful staff - we booked a room here and were treated to a delicious and very chic breakfast each day, hot coffee, and very kind service from the owner and staff. Just a wonderful little boutique hotel and charming location!

Hate to even give one star. Was promised 2 bed and smashed in a full size one bed. Original person booked rooms that were not available apparently - lots of mixed messages and confusion. Rates changed and then we learned at midnight rooms were available. They switched us in different rooms each night. Very unprofessional. NOT customer service oriented. Total hassle and did not feel like a vacation at all. To make matters worse, they overcharged. I have never complained at a hotel ever before in my life. Look elsewhere.

Fortunately the mid Sept weather was beautiful the whole time we visited Nantucket, and we very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pippa. It's a great location within easy walking distance of everything in town. Maya, Alejandro, housekeeping and everyone else we encountered at the hotel couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful - they made the stay a pleasure. They're proactive, and if you ask for anything, they are on it immediately with no hesitation! The place is tastefully decorated including quality linens, towels, sheets, robes and toiletries. This Hotel is absolutely wonderful and very chic in Downtown Nantucket.
It is so clean and fresh and feels like a very special place from the moment you step in through the door until the moment you leave.
The staff are all amazing, especially Paula and Alexandro who gave us breakfast when we arrived at the hotel at 10.30am to drop off our bags and the lovely drinks that Alexandro made in the bar each day. He was always happy and smiling and willing to help. Thank you.

Amazing spot in downtown Nantucket!! Hotel was fairly priced and the staff went out of their way to make sure my vacation getaway with my girlfriend went spectacular! They even helped me with various surprises we'll never forget such as a cheese board upon arrival, a morning sail around the island, and a picnic by the beach! Very modern decor in the rooms with taste - bathroom was super nice as well! Complementary breakfast in the morning in the alleyway and complementary towels & chairs for the beach were awesome and unexpected!! Definitely recommend coming here, I'll be sure to

What a lovely hotel! We had heard wonderful things about Hotel Pippa and our experience was even better than expected. Carl is an incredible host and the most thoughtful hotelier. Even before we arrived, we were sent a list of restaurants and he ensured we had wonderful dinner reservations at our top choices. At the start of the day, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts in the beautifully appointed courtyard and ended our days under twinkling lights and warming patio heaters. The staff was wonderful. I would love to say Hotel Pippa was wonderful but between the outdated AC units and guest in the room next store with the paper thin walls it was not a pleasant stay. Breakfast offering and staff helpful and friendly. Not a restful stay. I would look elsewhere, just being honest.

Lovely place in the heart of downtown Nantucket! We stayed here whole away for the weekend and really enjoyed the service provided by the team. They were very knowledgeable about the island and their breakfast was very hearty as you can see from the pics. Only downside was that some of the rooms are not big enough for 1 person, let alone 2 of us when we were here. Otherwise though, great experience and hope to visit again soon !

We just ate dinner here and the food is probably the best food I've had on the island. No I forgot to take pictures, we tried everything on the menu and everything fantastic. One that I remember was the Maine crab , the crab was mixed w spiral cucumbers in a vinegrerate sp with finally sliced avocado .

I am so impressed with this hotel. The staff is friendly. The hotel is brand new and gorgeous! We are in room 10 and we have a big flat screen tv across from our king sized bed. I feel like the hotel has thought of everything- slippers, bathrobes, hotel keys that clip to your pocket, umbrellas to borrow! And the hotel has a wine bar (that also has beer and whiskey) that's owned by the sweetest lady (we met her daughter and her parents!) AND you can bring your drinks back to the room. this hotel. This is sure to be a busy place next summer!
