TBZ's objective is to provide a warm, safe, developmentally age-appropriate environment for children ages 0-5. The goal is to foster a place where children feel safe and are encouraged to explore their surroundings, materials, as well as build relationships with peers and adults. We believe that children learn by doing and will thrive emotionally, socially, physically, and cognitively within their surrounding environment.

TBZ's mission is to provide early educational guidance and support to under privileged inner-city children, with age appropriate hands-on academic and learning strategies, utilizing community resources, supports, mentoring and collaborations to meet the needs of each child.
TBZ uses the Creative Curriculum, where children and teacher learn collaboratively and each child is encouraged to make independent, impulsive and sometimes teacher supported decisions being creative in learning and use of materials and activities.Having a Passion for children education, Elma Reynolds established Reynolds Family Childcare in 2009.

We allow our children to space and opportunity to discovery who they are while building a sense of self awareness and discovering things about themselves and their environment. We encourage indoor and outdoor physical activities because we believe the benefits of being active for young children include: promoting healthy growth and development.
TBZ Infant Toddler and Preschool program is based on the of idea that children enhance their developmental learning through discovery, adopting the approach based on respect for each child as an individual. TBZ realizes that children learn, grow and acquire skills as they play and that each child increase their creativity and understanding at their own pace.
