It is our goal to offer the very highest level of care and cleanliness to the patients who are staying with us. We understand how hard it can be to leave your precious pets when you go away.
Our luxury suites are designed with fear-free principles in mind. They are insulated for sound, painted gentle fear-free colors, have non-slip flooring, classical music via a speaker in each room, and enhanced LED lighting to eliminate noise associated with traditional lighting. Each room has a camera for owners to check in on their fur babies 24/7.
We understand that many people have to work full-time jobs where they work long hours. Most hate leaving their pet home alone for hours at a time. For this reason, they can bring their pet to us where he or she can get plenty of love and attention while they are at work. These pets should definitely not be left alone due to the extra attention needed and we are pleased to be able to help.

Friendly, caring, and fast service! I was in town evacuated from a hurricane, and my cat was scratching part of his head raw. They were helpful and accommodating on the phone and could see him the next day. Both the staff and vet were great, even with my grumpy bad-patient cat. Quick 20 minutes in-and-out but never felt rushed. Much appreciated!

I carried a cat to one of the vets at this clinic several weeks ago. I'm not happy with the quick exam. In my opinion, the vet could have taken more time and possibly found my cats ear infection. The vet rubbed the cat's ear and diagnosed ear mites. It was an ear infection and got much worse. I expected the vet to look in the cats ear and maybe check his temperature. This has been my experience with other vets.
A few weeks ago, I wrote a negative review and removed it within a few hours because I have been satisfied with other visits to this clinic and the other doctors.

Monticello Animal Clinic had been our go-to vet clinic for at least 5 years now and they are the best. The doctor and staff are always so pleasant and helpful and they take such good care of my pup. I especially love that they always send reminders about vaccines and check-up appointments in the mail and also by text message, if you so choose. This helps me remember appointment dates and times. We also board our pup with Monticello Animal Clinic when we need to and I always know she is in good hands! I have nothing, but positive things to say about this clinic.

Dr. Norris and the staff were great! Making the appointment was quick and easy. I know Havok can be a pain to handle sometimes. I was called and notified of any changes happening throughout his visit (They thought that they would have to give him some meds to calm him down). He gets nervous around new people and new places, but the staff took great care of him and he seemed to warm up to the after a while. Everyone was super friendly! They said he was a joy to work with and we had a good laugh about how vocal he was during his exam and bath.
