My cat had turned the water on in the kitchen somehow, and I came home to a small little flood on Saturday night. My daughter called Castle Keepers and another business, but Kevin was the first to respond, within 15 minutes I would say. He came out Sunday morning to assess the damage, and he set up machines at that time. He returned this morning, to complete the job. I hope I will not need to call Kevin again, but if I need this service again, Castle Keepers will be my first call! Thank you!!!

This company is out of this world! As a Father of two they were able to come on time, work efficiently and quickly . I am very pleased with their work able to clean upstairs and down stairs without skipping a beat. Highly recommend to anyone especially if you have any messes like spilled milk from the young ones.

We contacted several companies before contacting Kevin at Castle Keepers to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning. Those other companies called back several days later. We called Kevin, he immediately answered and had someone out the same day. They did an awesome job at cleaning my dads carpet that had not been cleaned in years.
