The customer has 24hrs inspection period to qualify for a return. Starting time for the inspection period will be determined by the signature on the carrier records upon package delivery. Please review our return policy. Due to the delicate nature of vintage watches (Produced before 1975) and highly complicated timepiece (Anything with a moon-phase, annual calendar or perpetual calendar or chronograph) we provide a 5 day technical warranty.

Matt was so great to work with! He’s extremely knowledgable and professional. While watches are his specialty, he was able to design my wedding band and a pendant using diamonds that have been in my family for years. Matt did an incredible job designing these these two pieces of jewelry, and they came out to be so beautiful! I can’t wait to wear them on my wedding day.
