Very informative and professional staff, I ordered a bouquet for my friend graduation and I told the florist that I have to pick the bouquet early in the morning but the graduation is not due until noon. She showed me what flower I should choose that will last longer. They arranged a very beautiful bouquet that everyone kept asking about it.

I can't say enough GOOD about this flower shop! Recently my Father passed and my Mother had a stroke 4 years ago that left her wheelchair bound. This flower shop is easily wheelchair accessible and we were greeted by Bev's smiling face. She was just finishing the last touches on my Dad's flowers and asked if we wanted to take a peek. Of course we did and we were amazed at how beautiful her work is. She truly has a love and passion for what she does. You can see that she puts her heart into every arrangement. While in the flower shop we noticed these gorgeous blue roses. My Dad loved the color blue

Poor and unreliable customer service.
My mother's day order (that I placed and paid for several days in advance) was cancelled and I was never notified. I had to call (twice!) to see why the bouquet wasn't delivered before I was told about the cancellation. By this point it was the end of the day and too late to order a replacement from another vendor. They should have called to notify me of the cancellation, not the other way around. When I brought this up, the only response was "sorry."
