Ament did a survey of our property in Arizona in early 2020. We were expecting an invoice but never got one. We attempted to call a couple times but the voice mail was full. A year and a half later we get a bill to our Colorado address threatening to put a lien on our Arizona property if the bill was not paid within 5 days! This was sent in a letter! Did they expect the letter to get to us instantly?? The survey work was performed and recorded in Arizona. Our issue is with the unprofessional administrative duties of this organization. They said they had sent out at least 8 invoices, but that cannot
