Inspired by nature and personal stories I aim to capture more than just the traditional photo. I specialize in natural light photography with an emphasis on emotion, personal connections, and the little moments between poses. Every photo shoot is different, but I always strive to fill our time together with laughter, movement, organic expressions, and most importantly your story.

I am named after my Great Grandmother Lillian Shedden Cole and her first child, my Grandmother, Jean Cole Taylor. I have always been honored to share their names and I'm so happy that my business now bears their names as well! I grew up in a part of Corpus Christi known as Flour Bluff, or "The Bluff".

We signed a contract with Lillian Jean and paid a deposit to book her. Had a pre-consultation where we brainstormed location ideas. She promised to send a few to us following the call.
We never heard from her. Upon reaching out again she apologized and stated she had a death in the family. But indicated she’d still do our session as scheduled.
It is the day of the session and we have emailed,texted, called and tried to reach on various social media and have heard nothing. She has completely ghosted us with our money and a signed contract.
We feel hurt and disappointed and upset by this level

Lillian has been SUPER kind in person and I love the photos we’ve gotten back. There were photos that she felt weren’t up to her standards from one shoot so she returned to retake them—all good—that was March 30. She made a comment about having them to me by the following day and fast forward to today, May 20- she has not gotten back to me once to let me know when she’d send them. She’s completely ignored 3 text messages and a voicemail from both my husband and I over the last several weeks. As nice as she is in person, I find her unresponsiveness to be unacceptable and unprofessional

Lillian Jean Photography is absolutely incredible! Every minute of your shoot will be fun and carefree...she makes you forget to be afraid or shy of the camera and she has an amazing ability to capture all those little moments!
