Services
Kramer Physical Therapy is a locally owned and operated community based clinic with patient care as our primary focus. Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists - only one of two in the Knoxville area. Certified Manual/Manipulative Therapist with NAIOMT - one of only three therapists in Knoxville with this designation.
Rest and relaxation is just as important to the body as activity. It provides an opportunity to reduce stress on the body and re-balance the nervous system. This class will be slower paced with a focus on breathing, gentle movement, longer holds and stillness to give your mind and body an opportunity to restore and promote healing.
During your first appointment, one of our expert therapists will complete a comprehensive evaluation of your current condition. This will allow us to determine the most appropriate course of treatment. Once a course of treatment has been established, we can add a home exercise program to supplement your visits.

As soon as you walk in this office you can feel a difference from all the other physical therapy places in town. This is not a warehouse situation. I felt totally acknowledged as a person, and I am confident my therapist is extremely knowledgeable and able to help me. I had no idea it was independently owned until I checked out and started telling the receptionist about my excellent experience. There is truly a difference! My physician actually sent me somewhere else first, but I was not satisfied and knew I was wasting my time. Again, this staff makes you feel like you really matter to them.

I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. Lori is whom i see: she has a true gift - and I'm not an easy patient (highly sensitive, w/ ptsd), so her breadth of skill and intuitive adaptive abilities have brought me real healing, without triggers or anxiety. She listens well, adjusts her techniques as needed, and spares no strength for the deep tissue work. Maximum stars!

I’ve been living with chronic neck issues since my surgery 7 years ago. Getting therapeutic massages from Lori has kept me pain-free and mobile. She is absolutely the best at relaxing and healing massage techniques! Can’t imagine where I’d be without her healing touch! Go see her…you won’t be sorry.

Patti is amazing! She helped me in 2015 after my hip replacement and I have recently gone back to her in 2020 for assistance with lower back issues. Every visit brings me closer to resolution as her assessments are always spot on. Her therapy has allowed me to quickly deal with issues so I am able to continue my active lifestyle.
