A Will is a written document as to how a person wishes his or her assets to be distributed after death. The Will indicates to whom and in what proportions his property and assets will go to upon his death. Typical issues covered in a will could include who receives what percentage of your assets, who would act as the trustee for minors' funds, who would act as guardian over a minor, and who would act as executor.
