Woodgreen Management, Inc. provides commercial real estate investment opportunities and property management services for retail and office properties throughout Southern New England. There are currently twelve properties in the Woodgreen Management portfolio and of those properties, 75% have third party investors.

Woodgreen Management, Inc. was established in 1990 by the Principals, Allan M. Bernheimer and Jeffrey R. Miller. We provide management services for retail and office properties in Souther New England. These services include property management, property acquisition, property sale, financing, leasing, development and accounting/financial reporting.

Allan M. Bernheimer, CPA, has more than 30 years of business experience in accounting and management functions specializing over the last fifteen years in property management.

Prior to Woodgreen Management, his professional experience includes nine years of controller responsibilities for a company with 100 million dollars in sales, four years of public accounting with a regional accounting firm and five years of internal audit and financial analysis experience with three fortune 500 companies.

This 6,070 SF property contains two buildings. The first building is approximately 4,500 square feet and contains three retail tenants with Dunkin Donuts serving as the anchor tenant of the building. The second building contains one tenant and is approximately 2,000 square feet. This 6-building 66,000 square foot office park is situated on 8.4 acres in Rocky Hill, CT.
