In 1998, I left a respected Atlanta firm to dedicate my practice to representing employees who had been subjected to discrimination in the workplace or whose contractual rights had been denied. Since then I have focused my practice on disability discrimination and the right to take and return from medical leave.

I also continue to represent employees who have been discriminated or retaliated against because of their age, national origin, race, religion and gender, and to assist employees in obtaining the wages and benefits to which they are entitled by contract or law.
