It was a decent experience. I walked in and informed them that I had an appointment, and the lady at the front desk just nodded at me. I took a seat and was waiting for my appointment. My appointment was at 3 and I didn’t cut my hair until 3:30. I was informed that my hair stylist was “finishing” up. I got to my seat and the hair stylist kept talking to me. This personally isn’t an issue, but then my stylist began to talk about politics. I do not think it’s an appropriate thing to talk about. Critical: Professionalism
Today I had a worst experience with this guy(I don't want to mention his name) who got me uneven hair cut. I complained to front desk and they were so sorry for the hair cut I got. But I would like to someone convey my review to that guy "If you don't like your job just STOP doing it. Don't ruin your salon credibility".

I was so impacted by my first/last experience in this salon, I had not been able to write a review it was so upsetting. To my shock, someone else witnessed it and unbeknownst to me, posted a review. I didn't trust my instincts when I first went in and felt extremely uncomfortable by the frenetic and conveyor belt like system, as well as the messy environment. None of this could have prepared me for the shockingly awful behavior, first by the male stylist who had been assigned to me, and more, the owner. It's funny what you learn by being a bystander. I have never posted a review but today's experience was worth taking the time. I watched as a woman got her color done this morning. As crowded and disorganized at this place is, the scene caught my eye and ear. I could see her skin around the sloppily applied dye was turning red, and she seemed to indicate it was hurting. I watched as she was wringing her hands, and then she clearly indicated again it was becoming too painful. The 'stylist' was openly irritated by this matter, threw his comb down and clearly said something

This was my first time there, my boyfriend purchased me a gift card. The positives: front desk staff were very nice and friendly, shampoo girl was so sweet, salon interior was nice. I got a great hair cut but at 60.00 that seems like a little pricey.

I went here for hair coloring before a wedding because I couldn't get an appointment with my regular salon and unfortunately wasn't able to see the colorist because she was off that day. I was told I'd be in good hands with the stylist they assigned me.
I have dark hair that's starting to look dull and wanted to make it richer in color. I was hoping to get something to warm it up yet preserving a similar coloring. I ended up getting a dye that was darker than my normal tone, and the result was very unflattering

I have been very happy going to Prestige Salon for as long as I have been, they are great. I have been going in to see Paulette for as long as I can remember and she is great. I have received all of their services and they are all great, I am always satisfied after I leave. I cannot imagine ever going anywhere else, they know me very well at Prestige.

I have a very frizzy, wavy hair ever since i moved to US ( i guess humidity is not my friend), i don't know how to handle it, because it's so new to me. My hairstylist was clueless and she recommended a shorter length, which made me look just awful. Never again! I had a horrible experience. The staff, at least that particular hairstylist is obviously not knowledgeable. Don't remember her name, only blond hair and cowboy boots.

I have been going to Prestige Salon for so long, I cannot even remember how long ago it was but I have been happy here ever since. I have received almost every service from them and it has always gone very well. My appointments always begin on time which is very nice. I just really love everything about Salon, from the staff to the atmosphere.

OK, if you know me at all, you know I don't make many beauty indulgences. But I always feel like a million bucks when my mom eventually convinces me I need to cut my long hippie locks and make an appointment with Amy, who has cut hair for every member of my family since I was about 15. I went here for the first time recently and had a fantastic haircut by Melissa. She was nice, listened to what I wanted and what I didn't like about my previous haircut, and gave me a great cut. Melissa deserves 5 stars and I will definitely be returning.

I have been going to Prestege for years.
The vibe is good. Lots of stylists and clients.
They have a great manicurist. They listen to what you ask to have done and make suggestions. If you want it your way that's what you get. They have a nice selection of products to purchase. Shampoo conditioner. Sprays.

I've been going to Prestige Salon for my hair appointments for a long, long time. My appointments are always on time, and the atmosphere is so calm and soothing. The staff is very friendly, and I never feel like the price that I am paying is too much. There is not a single thing that I would recommend to Prestige about changing, they are unbelievable!!

Went to Prestige today for the first time. Woman at front desk was very nice. The girl who shampooed my hair was extremely pleasant. Michelle cut my hair and gave me a stellar cut. The past six months, I've let my hair grow out from a bob--I don't really want a "do" so much anymore. She listened to what I wanted. Cut some layers to take off the weight and took her time blow drying my thick porous hair--and trust me, I've left many salons with still-damp hair.

I went to Prestige because they advertise organic coloring. They said I should see Janez. After talking to Janez she gets you to do treatments at her place down the street. After two treatments I was told I needed more befor color and after color I would have to have her treatments every time I had color. Even though she says she is organic ,she put a non-organic cream on my hair after I told her about my allergies. The first color was just ammonia free not organic. Very disappointed.

I've been going to Prestige for the past 6 years. During college I'd wait till I was home on breaks to get my hair done. Jenny Brown does my hair and she's awesome! I change my hair all the time from allover honey-blonde highlights (think Jennifer Aniston) to dark brown. She also looks out for the health of my hair, which is nice. While I may want to make a drastic change, she advises to go an in between shade (or two) first. And because of this, my hair is in pretty good shape considering how often I change it! I highly recommend Prestige!
