I used Trey as my agent to sell my house in Seabrook. He did a fantastic job and put in a lot of work weeding through some buyer’s agents who were out to whittle down the price by 10’s of 1000’s of dollars with unreasonable demands! In the end, he sold the house for 1000’s over my asking price! He kept me informed about what was happening on an almost daily basis. I highly recommend using Trey if you’re selling. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I was a First Time Home Seller. I was referred to Troy with Victory Properties from a friend whose family and extended family has used Troy and Victory Properties over the years to buy and sell their homes as well. Troy and Christy made this such an easy process and a great experience! My dad recommended him after Troy sold his house for him years ago and I can't wait until we're ready to upgrade so we can do business with him again.
