I found this company on Google. We needed 50 shirts in 24 hours. Not only did they complete the job on time! The shirts were great quality and the colors were so vibrant. We used BigPicture Prints to order uniform shirts for our staff. We're located in Philadelphia and ordered at the beginning of the pandemic so our order was impacted by the staffing shortages and shipment delays that hit most companies. Unfortunately, the post office lost our initial order and Darren assured us that he would get this taken care of. Darren was great and went above and beyond to assure that we would be taken care of. A friend of mine found this company’s page on Instagram and sent it to me. I’m happy she did. From the beginning, even prior to placing my order, the communication was great, the timing was as promised which was exceptionally quick, and the quality of the finished product was great. I would definitely reorder! I made a last minute large order with a lot of detail and they were able to complete my order on time to perfection!!! My shirts, tanks, and hats turned out better than I could have ever expected. You can see the care they put into their product. The owners are very flexible and respond quickly. Communication was beyond amazing! They provide updates regularly about the progress of the order and are upfront ( no hidden extra fees ). Amazing work!!! Extremely satisfied!!!
