I brought my 01 Yukon into Cambridge 29th Sep 21, after reading passive reviews about repairs on vehicles and that they also have a very informative radio show. Spent $1400 on tune-up and repairs -- seems fair and car runs great. Tech stated the belts separated on all 4 tires and recommended replacing. Took to dealer that installed and spoke to manufacturer. Tires are in great shape and good for at least 5000k more miles. Honest place of business? Hard to say.

Went there a few weeks ago based on the hype I heard on Mike Taylor on Ticket AM 760 radio. Seemed like the reviews were good. Got an alignment there a month ago after doing a lot of service with my local Beldon's garage and got annoyed with them after a string of disappointments. The alignment was fine.
So, when my car had an incident with left front tire/wheel/suspension damage I had it towed there on a Sunday night. Stopped by first thing Monday am to confirm it was there. I am pretty sure it didn't get on a rack to get looked at until the next am or later. 10 days later I was

I used BG product since my second oil change. Cambridge sold me on the warranty BG provided when using their product. I used it every oil change and had mechanical damage to my motor. When I asked Cambridge for copies of my oil changes they had my receipts all messed up. BG refuses my warranty. I called Terry (owner of Cambridge) 5 times and was told he's busy and would call me back. 2 1/2 weeks later he still hasn't responded. I'm disappointed they won't help me with BG and stand behind what they told me. I'm disappointed their receipts and mileage were so screwed up.

I'm a Black Male who has had two prior State Inspections done at this location, today, I made a call and asked if they were doing State Vehicle inspections today, I was told until 4PM, I walk in at 3:45 and the Service Advisor, Jesse Ortiz is with a customer and was too occupied to say welcome, then I see the General Manager Lily Nunez, looking at me, I'm thinking that she was one of the women that worked there back when I had had the two prior State Inspections on my Bus done, nope, when I told Lily Nunez that I was there to have me Bus inspected, Lily Nunez frowned and said that she

I had high hopes for this shop. We broke down in our TR7 and they advertise they fix them. What we got was a $5000 nothing. They had it for over a month. When we went to pick it up it broke down 5 miles away. Once that was fixed we were on the road again and boom the entire carb fell off. Literally the bolts were gone. We could an autozone and put bolts on and tried to move forward. A few files from there the entire carb mount cracked in half. These were already new. Too much leaning on them. These guys seem ok for newer stuff but not these old girls. They need more care.

They are very good at communicating with their clients and ensuring that you understand everything- what you're paying for, what the issue is with your vehicle, what the turnover time will be and why, what parts need replacing and where you can purchase them, etc. I left my truck here for a diagnostic which they said would cost $100, but they found the problem sooner than they thought they would so they only charged me $50! I really feel like money here is well-spent. They are not trying to tack on unnecessary charges or sell you things you don't need. They are customer-service-minded

On 7/9/19 I dropped off my 2006 Jeep Wrangler at Cambridge Auto Center to be diagnosed due to check engine light on and a transmission leak. I explained to the service adviser, Lily Nunez, that I had been receiving different diagnostic codes and was looking for a repair shop to diagnose it thoroughly. She informed me they could do a thorough diagnostic on it for a fee of 99.88. I explained to her that a shop in Laredo, TX had previously told me it was likely the Power Control Module (PCM) that was malfunctioning and giving out all the different codes. She informed me they could also test the PCM

UPDATED REVIEW: this company is now threatening me with court. I gave an honest review that obviously hurt their feelings. Let me correct my past review- they tried to charge me $70 for a couple of screws and a new light bulb. If that is not ripping someone off then I don't know what is.
They tried to rip me off. I went in there for an inspection and they failed me cause my back license plate mount was "broken" and told me they could fix it for $70. I told them no thanks and went down the street to another inspection place. They just told me the light bulb needs to be changed

Pros
- comfy waiting lounge for customers
- the people up front pick up your call pretty quickly
- they warn you of your waiting time beforehand so you know what to expect (although it's not entirely accurate, always expect to wait a little longer than what you're told)...I wish all places did this!
- clean environment and restroom
- free WiFi
- free water and coffee
- the people are really friendly and accommodating. They try their best to get you in and out right away
Cons
- I waited 15 minutes over the time they told me it'd take and decided to go out and see how much longer
