A chiropractic case history is a little different from any other history you have ever filled out. We believe that God made an amazing body. We were born "almost perfect, " but throughout our lives we accumulate layers of injury.
When you are done with your tour of Freedlund Family Chiropractic & Nutrition, you will fill out your paperwork. It will only take you about 12 minutes or you can print it from the website and bring it with you. One of the most important papers you fill out is the Chiropractic Case History. This case history is very different than any case history you have filled out.
When you come in for your second visit to Freedlund Family Chiropractic & Nutrition you will need to sign in again. The person at the front desk will then take you back to the Report of Findings Room. Here you will watch a short video presentation on x-rays. It will show you what normal and abnormal x-rays look like.

I've been coming to Freedlund Family Chiropractic for about a year now. The staff is welcoming and scheduling is very flexible!
