Castle Realty did an outstanding job in facilitating the sale of my mother's house last month. Amber Iverson and her office staff were very professional and efficient in getting our house sold within 24 hours of listing it. As a matter of fact, Amber was able to get multiple offers to purchase the house with substantially higher sales price than our listing price! All within 24 hours of listing the house. We were able to find our dream house in an incredibly tough market with Andrea Poukey. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Andrea. We worked with Kelsey Hess to buy our first ever home during probably the worst time to do so. Kelsey was a godsend. She is super knowledgeable and was always available for questions or showings. We looked at over 60 houses! It was a really tough market but Kelsey stuck with us through it all, and we were able to buy the perfect house on time and under budget. We contacted Castle Realty to sell our home as we had noticed that they had sold several homes in our neighborhood in a timely manner. Realtor Sue Sacia and her professional team handle all aspects of our sale, thus taking the pressure off us so we could focus on our relocation.
