The staff of Golden Funeral Home are caring and experienced professionals dedicated to their calling. These requests and traditions are of utmost importance to us. Lamar is a Bastrop native and is the son of John and Johnnie Lang who reside here in Bastrop. He is married to Lisa Book Lang and they have 2 children, Lauren and Ashton.

I just want to say how Very Pleased I was with the service my family receieved during the death of my husband. Jacob went beyond and above to provide my family with our wishes. As currently my aunt is late...she changed surnames ...we made affidavits n still You guys have problems on our claims...id number can still work however so...even today it's Thursday n funeral supposed to take place on Saturday. The Golden funeral management is very poor on helping their late clients...but on this note....we gonna end up in court...no claim has been paid and we are stacked with the funeral...we really trusted you but on at last it's a total dissappointement...but this matter won't end jst so easily. Very poor service....

I would like to thank Golden's for their kind and professional service. They went way beyond the expected to assure that we recieved a beautiful arrangement. My wife had worked in florist shops and she was so impressed with Golden's. She was treated with respect at a difficult time in our life and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
