When selling your home it is important to know how your home compares to similar homes on the market. With the proper research, you will learn how much your home is currently worth and possible improvements / changes you may want to make to get top dollar. Complete the required information about your home and receive a FREE analysis of your home's approximate value on the market today.
It goes without saying that your agent will be available every step of the way, but you can also expect reminders to help keep things on track. Once your deal is signed, we'll send you tips to keep closing on track and prevent delays, and when your purchase date gets closer, we mail a moving checklist so there are no unexpected surprises.
At Vision, we aim to make moving as easy as possible. One way we do that is by offering clients complimentary access to our enclosed moving trailer. The generously sized 7 x 16 trailer comes equipped with hitch and is yours for a full 24 hours. First come, first served so simply contact your agent or call our office to schedule.
We moved out of state but Dan was able to make the selling process smooth, easy and painless. We love working with Dan! I have always appreciated the professionalism and knowledge of the entire staff at Vision Real Estate. Moving to Yankton from Pierre, SD we knew very little about the town. Randy was amazing at telling us about the different areas and understanding what we were looking for even before we met face to face.

We just recently worked with Vision Real Estate- in both the selling of our home and the purchasing of a new home. It is not a new experience for my husband and I- but working with this company was. We had Mason as our agent and he went above and beyond to help us find our first home! Moving with Vision comes with so many benefits like using their enclosed trailer, having moving boxes available for us so we didn't have to buy any, and after we moved we got some really awesome moving announcements made by Vision. Deb Specht recently represented me in selling my elderly Mother's house. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She immediately (before the listing was even finalized) went above and beyond in taking control of preparing the house for sale. This included ordering deep cleaning, handy man work, electrical and removing 25 years of accumulation. Dean Sternhagen was an incredible asset in our home selling process. He knows EVERYONE in the entire area, from insurance agents and adjusters to contractors and title companies.
