This was my mothers pharmacy and made it a family pharmacy once she had children and now I use them for my children and I and I’m 33.. I’ve been here for years!! Marvin is awesome as all the staff are.. Marvin helps with medication prices if necessary, he WILL make sure you get them meds especially if they’re important.. I absolutely recommend medical arts to anyone looking for a pharmacy family and warm welcoming!! Thank you all for all that you do!!

Long story short I told the Pharmacist that I was not happy how they were running things lately and that this would be the last time I do business there. He got mad and yelled at me saying I was the problem. He did this in front of my 9 year old son who was standing right there. The medication I was picking up was for him. The Pharmacist will be reported. If he thinks his customers are the problem then he needs to go into another line of work where customer service isnt necessary.

Marvin and his more-than capable staff go above and beyond the call of duty to deliver rip/roarin, knock-your-socks, trickle-your-fancy, sublime customer service. In my 20-plus years in customer/service, the book, “Raving Fans” was a book about off-the charts customer service excellence in every way. The Medical Arts staff tell customers all the time it is a joy to serve us - they have made me a raving fan.

I'd been going to Medical Arts Pharmacy for as long as I can remember, but several years ago my insurance company changed pharmacy providers, and I had to go somewhere else. I didn't know just how good I had it with the friendly staff and reasonable prices. I'm so glad that my family, and I are all back at Medical Arts Pharmacy. We have no plans to go anywhere else.

The customer service from this business was amazing. As a new customer I felt so special a cared for by Marvin. After having a sad day my experience was changed after leaving there. I've never been treated better by ANY business than by the folks at Medical Arts. I first came to them after sustaining traumatic and crippling injuries. Marvin and Tim (the amazing father/son, owners and pharmacists) went to great lengths to educate me about the new prescriptions and products I would need. They made my comfort and convenience a priority,and for four years now, I've taken ALL my business to them (which amounts to a few visits every month).

I love this pharmacy. They maintain convenient hours and a clean facility. What really keeps me returning time and time again is the staff - they're second to none. The pharmacists and techs are always looking for ways to be helpful and find solutions to problems. They really treat patrons like people, like humans. This is fast becoming lost on the large chains like Walgreens and CVS. I'm absolutely confident that Medical Arts Pharmacy is staffed by the best.
