Horrible experience. The whole thing from start to finish was horrible.
Tried to upsale my family on jewelry and embalming at the initial meeting to make arrangements. Attempted
to take over the funeral when a Pastor was arranged to give a eulogy. Mark Fierro read off the program and couldnt even pronounce the names written. A eulogy had already been prepared prior to the service. The program should have never been read. HE went rogue. This was so disrespectful on every level and in every way. I was disgusted.
