I have been looking for a place to order flowers for my wife as she is in a new area for her work. I called John this morning and he created a wonderful piece and delivered it to my wife's work. John was excellent over the phone and his willingness to do such an art work at the last minute was amazing. Thank you

My mother passed from complications due to Alzheimers. She was a one of a kind, Rock of Gibraltar kind of human being who hated flying but loved Maui. We decided to bury her with a lei around her neck to signify her love of that island. She wanted to live in Maui and the last thing she did at her last trip there was to throw her lei in the ocean - promising she would return. That didn't happen unfortunately, so the lei we wanted to buy had to be special. Not only was the lei that was made from Petal Pushers was beautifully made, they also delivered right to the door the day before her services

Be it for an event or a special occasion, I can always count on him for the freshest flowers and plants arranged beautifully! He will work with you on your budget and goes out of his way to provide expert customer service and advice. Small business owners like him are treasures in our neighborhood and is reminicent of the mom and pop stores of the past, where they know you by name! If you want quality, call John! If you want cheap, check your local supermarket!

Picked up flowers for a graduation. Couldn't be happier. I got compliments from everyone before I even gave them to the graduate. 100% worth it.

Went to this shop on a Friday afternoon, I was in a hurry to pick up an arrangement for a co-workers promotion. The shop owner was very friendly and accommodating, he listened to my description of what I needed/was looking for and immediately got to work on my arrangement. I was very pleased with the product that was provided at a moments notice. I will definitely return to this shop for my flower needs in the LA area.

Really loved John, he worked with me to create the perfect bouquet. He is now my go to for flowers when I'm in LA, will be coming back. During covid make sure to call ahead to make an appointment he was able to set one up for me 20 mins after I called. Great way to support small local businesses highly recommend!

This is how getting flowers should be every time!!! John at Petal Pushers on Flower Street (close to USC in LA) delivers great service and phenomenal arrangements! I called there late in the afternoon the day before daughter's (a USC student) birthday - in a panic cause I hadn't thought to call sooner! But no problem for John. I let him do "florist's choice" with a price range knowing he knows better than me what he has in stock and what looks great for the occasion - and he nailed it! It is seriously a work of art! Better than I could have imagined. It was so beautiful

It was one of those situations where I had to think quickly on my feet. My significant other's birthday was coming up and my original plan for a bouquet of flowers fell through at the last minute. I then just started Googling a ton of places to see if I could salvage the situation.

Lucky for me, Petal Pushers was one of the first options that came up on my search. John was the person that answered the phone when I called. I called on a Thursday and I asked if he could get any white tulips ASAP. John said he could have them ready by Friday morning.

John was so accommodating and flexible

Called (about the 1 hr in advance) and asked for something bright and light to cheer up my mom who was in the hospital after emergency surgery. When I went to pick up the arrangement I didn't notice the details, but when I got to the hospital I saw that there was a seashell and crystals in the bottom of the vase, it was so beautiful. Great place to order an arrangement and just pass by picking it up, he even brought it in and settled it in my car so it wouldn't fall on the way out.

Jon was awesome! I just picked up some flowers foot Kobe and he made the experience all the more special. He put together a beautiful boquete of yellow roses and purple flowers to honor Kobe. He even put stickers on the boquete "KOBE 8". What a great guy and a beautiful boquete honoring the greatest Laker of all time! Thank you John and RIP Kobe!

Incredibly happy with John at Petal Pushers. We needed a flower arrangement at the last minute - I called him at 8am and he was able to deliver it by 10am on the same day! He does not have any "menu" for you to choose from. Instead, you tell him what kind of thing you're looking for, what kind of size you want, and how much you'd like to spend. Incredibly easy and I highly recommend this shop. Thank you!

OVERPRICED! This arrangement cost us $75 plus delivery that brought the cost up to $109. They did. It even call my mother in law and where trying to pretend like they where offering a deal by calling and delivering again. I sent my mother an arrangement in a different city from a different florist and it cost less for a way bigger and more high end arrangement. The website is awful as well.

I love Susan's work. She is a truly giving person, and she is always making sure that my flowers are the most beautiful and that I am satisfied with my orders. When my mother was in the hospital, she made a special bouquet for her and even gave me a discount of the ticket price. I thought this was such a nice gesture. Please come to Susan's shop as she has the best flowers and the most original designs.

My boss calls me at 11am on a Monday "Please order my daughter 3 dozen long stem roses for her birthday, to be delivered today." I dreaded this task, because most flower shops require at least a day in advance to order. I quickly google searched flower shops near USC (where the daughter goes to school), and was lucky enough to come across AAA Petal Pushers.

I called and left a voicemail. I received a call back within 10 minutes from a man named John. His voice was the same one on the voicemail message, so I assume he is the owner of the shop.

Excellent customer service, quality, and price. I've bought flowers in many different cities across the US for all sorts of occasions, and this place gave me the best value hands down. On my most recent trip to AAA, I spent $50, and got a large vase of roses and mixed flowers that easily would have gone for $100-$150+ elsewhere. Apparently, his business philosophy is to give his customers incredible value and hope that they return and tell their friends. It worked for me.

By far, the best option for high quality flowers that I have come across. The owner is very personable and has a great imagination for putting together flower combinations that fit his clients' needs. He puts his customers first and does a fantastic job of ensuring that their expectations are met. This is the best flower shop in the downtown LA area. Perfect for Monday night deliveries and other occasions. The guy at the shop is incredibly nice and meticulous to the final detail. He always knows how to make the most creative and best looking arrangements for any situation. Best of all the prices are incredibly reasonable! I would definitely recommend going here over any other flower shop. John is the man and he will hook it up and you will not regret coming here!!
