I had the BEST experience at Salem Creek Family Dental! I had an extremely painful toothache and was able to get in right away and Dr. Costello was AMAZING and so was her assistant Miranda! They helped make the experience so relaxing it was almost enjoyable! And believe me coming from someone with severe "dentist anxiety" that is saying a lot!
I had no pain at all even after the procedure! Dr Costello even called the next day to check on how things were going! I recommend this dentist office to everyone! Dr. Costello really helped me out when I needed a mouth guard for grinding my teeth. She took the time to work with my crazy schedule and went the extra mile to let me know she was invested in my needs!

Lacie explained everything that she was doing that way I am informed about my teeth which is awesome and Dr. Ashley came in checked the x-rays and my teeth .
If anyone needs a good dentist they need to let Salem Creek Family Dental take care of you and your families teeth.

Dr. Costello and the support team at Salem Creek are simply wonderful. They are extremely caring and effective at communicating - asking how you are feeling during a procedure and working diligently to ensure your comfort while providing the best possible dental care.

I used to be absolutely terried of the dentist. I'm still not thrilled of the going to the dentist, but everyone was really nice, and the atmosphere was great which helped me feel comfortable. Dr. Costello was very nice, and she went over the x-rays and pictures, and easily explained everything so I knew what was going on. Highly recommend for anyone scared of the dentist š

What a scam their dental plan was! I’m so disappointed!! I was just notified before my second (included) cleaning appointment that it would be completely out of pocket and I would need to pay another $400. I had a baby in May so I needed to push my cleaning back to now so that my baby was taking a bottle. I talked to the girls a few times and they… were all so sweet and accommodating for me changing my appointment so many times. No mention of an expiration date. This morning before my appointment I get a text message stating that my plan expired June 9 and today would be completely

Everyone in the office was super kind. Office and dental areas were super clean. The staff was excellent! My hygienist was so comfortable to talk to, she did a great job not making my teeth or gums hurt. She was gentle and had a lot of great topics to keep the time moving! The dentist was very kind, patient, explained things, gave options. Overall, I'm very happy with my visit and looking forward to them working on me again! :)
