I recently went in and met Jerica in regards to selling a diamond I had. She was not only friendly and knowledgeable but she gave me a very fair price for selling my diamond. I also met Rick while I was there and he was also very friendly. I went to multiple places for opinions and offers before selling and I am very glad to have chosen them to work with. Highly recommend them not only for selling your jewelry (or coins!) but for buying as well. They had beautiful items in the display cases.

Jerrica has always been the perfect customer service example to me. She does an excellent job of fielding my request and understanding what it is that I want and offering/suggesting solutions. Great customer service is hard to find. And rick is able to clearly explain what I do not and need to understand. His patience with my novice misunderstanding is needed. The trust I have in their integrity is extreme. I recommend you try them out and see if they can help you too.
