When we first opened up our Auto Repair shop we had designed our own website and wrote most of our own text/copy. I wrote the entire website from my perspective and loaded it with “key-words” that I hoped would bring visitors to it. Although our business has become very successful through networking and word of mouth referrals, our website failed to keep up, and all of our customers that found us on the web were from testimonials left online, not from our website.
