Peggy and the team at Warehouse XI were excellent to work with. We loved the way that the venue could be customized to be exactly what we were looking for- it exceeded our expectations and was wonderful the day of! It is a venue we would for sure recommend to couples looking for a unique space to hold their special day!

They took a $13k wedding deposit from my daughter a month before the pandemic hit in late 2019. Closed the venue due to Covid restrictions a few months later, daughter delayed wedding for several months and finally had a small ceremony at our house. Warehouse XI still refuses to refund any of her money saying “its written in their contract.” The wedding planner, caterer and every other deposit we made got refunded except this venue. Proceed with caution with this place!

I rented the space at Warehouse XI in 2018 for a three-day workout video shoot. I arrived the morning of the first day and the space was a complete mess. It hadn't been cleaned up following a previous event there and the floor was littered with empty cups and other party debris. The heat was also broken so it was freezing. They sent in someone to fix the heat, but this was a video shoot—having a technician bang on the HVAC while trying to record audio was a disaster. The owners were very apologetic for this and offered to refund me the first day of the shoot, which I thought was fair. However

Visited for a wedding. The ceremony was held in the park adjoining the Warehouse. The facility was a nice space. The tables were lined up family style, which gave it a great feeling. the large windows at one end gave it some really nice light. Our event probably maxed out the space, but it was still very reasonable, with plenty of space for getting to the bar and the dance floor. Overall the space was a nice fit for a wedding. Good acoustics also.

This is a great place to hold a wedding or any other event! As a photographer who recently got to work there, I enjoyed the large windows upfront, and how couples can transform the space to their liking.

AMAZING! We were looking for a fun & hip location to host a Jack & Jill wedding shower and Warehouse XI knocked it out of the park. The high ceilings, lightning and windows were so cool and hip. The owners were more than accommodating and could not have made this experience any easier. Guests raved about the space, looking forward to planning another event here!

We are wedding photographers ourselves so we've been to many different venues and wanted something unique, special, and untraditional for our own wedding. Warehouse XI was the perfect space. We had about 100 people there and it the size of the space just right. It really is a blank canvas and you can do whatever you choose to it. If you wanted to hire a planner and designer to bring your vision for the space to life, it would come out beautifully.
My husband and I decided to take a more DIY approach. With the help of our friends and family we decorated the entire space the night before

How does one write a review for an event space you ask?.... good question
I didn't know Warehouse XI existed until the other day when I was invited for some brewery grand opening of distributing in MA (Collective Arts Brewing, very cool, check it out).
The space was urban hipster cool. They had it decorated nicely, but the music was way too loud and they seemed to have trouble with feedback. Dunno if that's on the event space or on the event hosts.
Either way seems fine. Check it out if you need an event space?
