We had to use this pharmacy because after several calls around, they were they only ones that could compound what we needed. From the first call to the prescription pick-up everyone was extremely warm and friendly. I offered to come back the next day but they were happy to get it done the same day. I was even able to spend a lot of time with Sherry and her OTC recommendations are really helping. Five star service

I brought in a prescription for a compounded numbing lollipop and a nausea gel for my child after she had her tonsils removed. The front staff was very helpful, cause I was going to run to walmart to have the other med filled, but they told me that they could fill that do as well. I was glad for that, it saved me a trip. The pharmacist helped me out with my medicine, and everything was ready fast.

I have know the staff at Sherry' s for about 5 years. It is a very professional and clear place. Never had ANY problems with scripts. The service is friendly and very fast. I know many people that go there and have not heard about one problem. Every successful company will always have a few na sayers. Hats off to all the employees at Sherry's Drug.

I have been going to this drug store for years, and have had multiple incidents of them either screwing up my scripts, or just plain not filling them.
I have given them so many chances because I know the owner, but she has kind of stepped back from the day to day operations and has NO idea ( I'm assuming ) that her pharmacists are the rudest, most hateful, judgemental people that I have seen in a long time.
The final step was when one of the pharmacists wouldn't accept my scripts because of the day they were written for, and the kind of medicine it was, mind you I have been going there

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I had to go to them for a specific medicine that only two places carry in Edmond and after running my insurance we discovered that it didn't cover one ingredient. So in the beginning, it was going to be 40 dollars. Then they changed it to 10 dollars the next time we went in. After my mother talked to her insurance rep and had the contract fixed to cover the ingredient my husband went back to fill the prescription that was now free. They "ran my insurance" again (my insurance company said nothing was ran the very first time) and then claimed

Took my prescription in today as I did last month. Last month I paid with my insurance. This month brought my prescriptions in and gave them my insurance card, after waiting 30 minutes I was told my insurance wouldn't work. I immediately called the insurance company and they said there wasn't a problem. I went to the counter told this to the girl and she said we will give you a discount for paying cash.
