O&L General Contractor Inc. was founded in 2000 by Oscar Lainez he didn't simply just start a contractor's company with no experience. He originally started out at the very bottom as a construction worker, who slowly worked his way up to a Roofer and then as a manager in a contractor's company. After several years of learning the trade, he opened his own company and named it after himself "Lainez Contractors".
