Kevin and the guys go above and beyond. I brought my car in the day before we went on vacation and ended up needing a new radiator. They were able to get it all done before we left. Kevin also reached out while we were on vacation to check on us and the car. This was above and beyond what anyone else would do.

My daughter's vehicle abruptly stopped working after an oil change at another business, from it getting a sensor flooded with oil. We had it towed to Rick's and they are always busy but they squeezed us in and got the part the next day. Great service. My daughter had to get back to Colorado and the owner Kevin called her to make sure it was running right! Terrific guys and great customer care! Thank you to everyone there.
