Tri City Engineering
We, the employees of Tri City Engineering, offer our clients the best engineering, land surveying and management services in a professional manner for our client's projects that enrich the communities where we live, work and play. Since our doors first opened in 1984, Tri City Engineering's (TCE) guiding principles have been based on 3 R's: REPUTATION, RELATIONSHIPS and RESULTS.

Our goal has been to take our client's needs and objectives, combine with our principles, and produce engineering solutions using common sense, flexible, workable and affordable approaches honed from many years of experience gained in the private and public sectors.
Services
TCE first opened their door for business in 1984, and since then we have made it our goal to apply our best effort to meet our client's needs with an attention to detail, and to work with and support our clientele with their engineering, land surveying, and management needs.

Our wide array of skill sets includes: engineering design, construction and project management, and land surveying for both public agencies and private development; the ability to provide local government with management staff during transition or support; and the ability to work with federal, state and local officials to secure and execute grants, and assist our clients during each phase of the regulatory process for a successful project.
This project incorporated pedestrian walkway design along Elm Avenue (SR 33/198) in the downtown business district, including, modified and standard handicap curb ramp design, curbs & gutters, sidewalks, street lighting, shade tree landscaping and other associated improvements on Elm Avenue (SR 33/198) from Third Street to Seventh Street.
Civil engineering is one of many engineering disciplines recognized world wide with a focus on those things we take for granted, but affect our daily lives. Most communities rely on civil engineers to plan for, design and construct infrastructure that we use every day.

Things like our water supply, water treatment and water pipes, sewer systems and wastewater treatment plants, roads and highways, buildings, bridges, canals and dams are designed by civil engineers.
Land Surveying is a distinct professional position with separate licensing requirements from civil engineers in which data is collected from the field and converted into a graphical representation, a map, of the Earth's surface. This mapping information is then used by a civil engineer and other professionals to design for and ultimately build those things society requires.
Several members of TCE staff have acquired experience and expertise, invaluable to local government, while serving Central Valley cities both large and small. Their familiarity and proficiency in field, senior and executive management positions, in addition to their management styles, make them well-suited to step in and assist during those times of organizational change and transition.
