Beltway Builders remodeled our bathroom. While our design was very specific, various aspects of the project weren't executed either according to the design specific OR were executed so poorly that the work had to be ripped out and redone. Toward the end of the project, I so desperately wanted these people out of my house that I hired a different company to fix the abysmal dry wall and repaint. Now, 3 years later, the tiles have "popped" in the shower, and water is leaking into my living room! DO NOT RECOMMEND!1

Worst service in every way. Very expensive deck work, they do not know how to measure the rise of steps (still wrong), bad communication with each other, no one spoke English but Howard, no planning, no coordination of supplies and workers, can't measure, tried to cover up one big mistake and 15 smaller mistakes, and when the workers were told by Howard to repair them, they shot two holes in our hoses with a nail gun to show us their discontent. They also left a huge pile of construction trash on the first day that was topped off with their empty McDonald's containers and empty soda cups

From start to finish this business proved to be the very BEST!. Patricia, the project manager was professional; friendly; and had a thorough knowledge of the repair needed. The quote was in line with other construction business, but Beltway Builders was definitely the right choice. Patricia showed up on time as promised with her "expert Team"-Chris and Joe. Project completed in record time and with excellent results. No more squeaky basement stairs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Why, why, why???

Beltway Builders came out almost 2 months ago to give me a quote, I accepted it and paid a deposit...for a stairway railing that was to be completed in 2 - 4 weeks. 7 weeks later, we have another project manager to come out and give us (another) quote as he said the first one was too low. It sounds like my options will be to pay double (or more!) what was quoted or get my deposit back. I have since read several other reviews where they have done this to others.

The only thing I can think of is that they are very tight on cash and do this so that they get can use my money

Angie Davidson just quoted me $4800 to power wash a 635sqft paver patio where I am supplying the sand. And said it would take 4 DAYS!!!! $4800!!!!!! 4 DAYS!!!!! WHAT?!?!

I have 4 other estimates with the greatest one being $795 with them providing the sand. How in the world did they come up with a $4800 estimate?!?!

This is the worst experience I've ever had with hiring a contractor to do any work for me. I hired them to replace my existing deck back in June 2019. Talk the talk but didn't walk the walk. They took almost a month to start, when he said they could start in two weeks. When they finally started, the people (cheapest subcontractors) they had to do the job put it up in a couple days and did a very poor job. I asked them to come and QA, and they told me to make up a "Punch List". They came back a week later and did what they could. Needless to say, I will not be calling these people

Even if we weren't in the midst of a pandemic, the man that came to my house to give me an estimate was not, in any way, trying to be careful of the spread of germs. His mask did not cover his face and he wiped his nose twice, and then proceeded to write out an estimate to hand to me. My skin was crawling. I took his estimate and immediately trashed it. He even asked if he could sit inside to write the estimate. I wish I didn't have to have someone come through my house to give me an estimate on my deck.

We called Beltway about installing a roof and they went above and beyond our expectations on every step of the process. Our representative Jay went out of his way for us. I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof. The materials were high quality and the men on the ground doing the installation were pros.

I inspect welds in the Aerospace Industry and have seen my share of poor workmanship over the years. Beltway did a fantastic job on all levels and I'm glad we chose them to replace our roof.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Had a window leaking from a 1\4 inch gap between house and window. I tried to caulk, but still leaked. Called Beltway Builders and Howard, the "project manager" provided a written estimate which included removal of the window, re-seating, re-framing, drywall and paint.

After several weeks of runaround trying to get the job scheduled with one excuse after another, the workers finally arrived over a month later. One worker showed up in the morning, but no truck and crew. After a couple hours of the truck not showing up, we found out why
