We also cast in urethanes, elastomers, silicones, and metals. Met-L-Flo offers Rotational Molding/Casting, Fiber Reinforced Plastics, Composites, and Vacuum/Thermo Forming parts as well.

Our expertise in prototypes and low volume production has enabled us to work on numerous designs and geometries that exponentially expand our experience and understandings.

I had an idea for a product that would create great efficiencies for my company. I made a cardboard prototype. Met-L-Flo took my concept and brought it to reality. The process was quick, communication was great, and the end product saved my team time. I only needed a small lot of 200 items and Met-L-Flo was able to accommodate this request. I've used Met-L-Flo for machining and prototype development since 2012. Their most recent project completed for me was creating a low-production mold for a fairly complicated silicone component for aviation, and producing several prototypes of the component. Their workmanship, and quality control, are excellent, and they were able to meet a tight deadline.

I am an engineer with a commercial vehicle manufacturer. I have had some interesting requests for parts and Met-L-Flow has always been able to make them. Their standard delivery time is good, occasionally when needed, they have delivered expedited parts. The parts have always ben reflective of the CAD and of the highest quality. :)
