This is the best real estate team. I have worked with Parnell in listing and selling a property. It was a very positive experience. He help me price the property correctly and he had a plan to market the property that was far superior to just listing it on the MLS. He know the area really well and is not just for 2nd homes.

I had two r/e transactions with The Simple life recently - both with OUTSTANDING RESULTS! The team's key players, Parnell, Megan and Marcus are each very well qualified and went out of their way to insure success!
Recently they introduced a sliding commission scale. Basically, you pay much less than market if you don't need a lot of help, either on the buy or the sell side. I'm a Certified Financial Planner and a previous R/E broker myself. This team HAS IT FIGURED OUT FOLKS! Do yourself a favor and give them a call
