Dr. Hettinger grew up in northwest Iowa and completed his undergraduate work at the University of Iowa and completed his Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City, MO. Since graduation, he's worked in several clinics and is a member of many Chiropractic organizations and has done post graduate study in spinal biomechanics, sports injuries, headache and allergy elimination, spinal trauma and soft tissue injuries.
Dr. Hettinger is the owner of Woodridge Chiropractic in Woodridge and Avalon Chiropractic in Chicago. Dr. Hettinger believes in the body's ability to heal itself and uses a variety of diagnostic techniques that evaluates the orthopedic and neurological, while utilizing special chiropractic methods at your exam.

I have been seeing Dr. Hettinger for several years now, and I am completely satisfied with every aspect of my treatment. He and his staff are friendly and even humorous. The office is relaxed, appointments are always on time, and the facility clean and bright. The office is conveniently located on Woodward Av. just north of Home Depot and Sam's Club.
