This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from Mac Haik's Southway Ford and I would not go anywhere else to buy a Ford! I previously purchased through Red McCombs and had mixed experiences, but I have had nothing but great customer service from Southway Ford. My salesperson was Jose Ortiz and let me tell you, he is a consummate professional! He worked with me for months to get the new Raptor I was looking to purchase. Will never buy a used car from them again. Terrible terrible customer services. Currently, no one has reached out to tell us if our parts are in or not. So I reached out to the man that sold us the car turns out he was let go. No one even told us, someone should have called us and stated that though he is no longer with us __(Name)______ would be taking care of you. Like what is wrong with service nowadays does not anyone care anymore. So we called to speak to the manager he is out and hopefully we get our problems resolved soon because this place is a joke. From first contact on the phone all the way to when I drove off the lot was honestly the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. My sales team didn’t mind me asking all my questions and walking back and forth. I was not rushed and I was allowed to think out loud and they were ready with an answer to all my questions! My Trade in was honestly valued more than fair, and my EcoSport was priced extremely fair. I was valued and appreciated. Life is difficult enough but buying a vehicle shouldn’t be. We all work hard for our money and Mac Haik Southway Ford realizes that!!

Recently purchased a new car at Southway Ford. My sales rep was Jose Amaro. From the start it was a very easy experience. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave me a good price for a car I have long wanted to buy. I had done my research, but he answered every question in full. I wasn't there forever and everyone I talked to in the car buying process was very accommodating!

First and foremost, this has been a great experience! I went in to look at used cars, however came out with a brand new 2021 Ford. Gabriel Hernandez and Tito were outstanding in their customer service, very patient with me, since I was very undecided . They both were knowledgeable in there vehicles. I highly recommend Mac Haik dealership, with the help of Gabriel and Tito you are in great hands !
