Bennett Puterbaugh is a third generation Californian, born in Pasadena. He graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture in 1980. He moved to Palm Springs in 1982 where he established his full service Landscape Design Firm, Bennett Puterbaugh Inc.

I moved to Palm Springs in 1982 to design and create beautiful residential gardens. Within these thirty-five (35) years we have adapted to the many changes here in the Desert. We are known not to just listen but HEAR what our clients have to say, combining their vision with our expertise to create a unique, personal and inviting outdoor experience.
The first step of our Design Process generally begins by meeting with the client or client's representative, architect or interior designer to establish specific criteria and parameters. This criteria is based on the client's personal tastes, the architecture and exterior site conditions. Our goal is to create a unique and exciting outdoor living space that flows seamlessly from inside to out.
Our Installation Contract includes our Garden Maintenance Program for three (3) months; at which time clients have the option of Blue Palm's yearly Maintenance Program. This Boutique program is individually tailored, to suit our client's needs. In addition to being Licensed and Bonded, our crew of Professional's have each been personally trained, with over a decade of experience.
