This extension includes your tax liability and your first quarter estimate if you have one. We do not know if the other states are following the extension date so we may have to put extensions in for other states that have an earlier filing deadline.

Rymer & Associates, PA has been a leader among CPA firms in Southern Maryland since our formation over 40 years ago as a branch of a regional Baltimore, Maryland accounting firm. Thomas A. Rymer, Jr, the founding member, was a native of Calvert County and had been a CPA for over 30 years. Martha Rymer is a CPA with over 25 years' experience and was formerly Chief Financial Officer for Calvert Memorial Hospital here in Prince Frederick.
Martha graduated from Mount St. Mary's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. After graduation she came to work for Phelps & Rymer, P.A. and then left to pursue her career as CFO at Calvert Memorial Hospital. In 1998 she returned to Rymer & Associates, P.A as a Senior Accountant.
