RSKA's Little Ranger Program is educational, exciting, challenging, innovative, and fun. Our short-term goal orientated martial arts program is designed with your 4 or 5-year old children in mind. This program will introduce your children to various exercises, drills and vital lessons that will improve their attention span, self-control, motor skills, and most importantly - their confidence.

MMA - MIXED MARTIAL ARTS (MMA) is the latest martial arts craze to hit the world. Hanshi Jason David Frank has earned the prestige title " Kru " which means Instructor. Thai boxing is one of the hottest sports around. I really enjoy being here! Always learning and having fun. The staff is friendly, understanding, and very clear with communication. It was only supposed to be something I do in the summer time but now I make sure I have time throughout the rest of the year to be here.

I have been attending martial arts classes (Karate and Muay Thai) here for almost a year. I can say with confidence that this place is awesome.
The instructors are attentive, fun, caring, and knowledgeable. You can tell that this is more than a job for them. It’s a lifestyle, and they love living it and sharing it. They are very supportive. We recently started our five year old son at Rising Sun Karate because he asked to take “ninja classes.” We we’re excited for him to learn karate, but we never expected all of the added benefits of having him in this program! They reinforce self-control, kindness, respect, and so much more. Additionally, they connect their karate program to their students’ lives at home and school. Our child looks forward to his classes throughout the week, and we are already seeing an improvement in his behavior at home and at school. We can’t wait to see how he grows over time!

My son started when he was 5 and absolutely loves it. They care about all the kids and make everyone feel very welcome! The leaders are extremely talented and great with the kids. They teach more than karate - respect, self confidence, just being a good person. It’s a great place!!

My son has been coming here for over a year now. He enjoys coming to class and learning about the different fighting styles and weapons.He started off as a white belt like everyone else and is now a blue belt. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. Overall my experience here has been great and im very comfortable with the choice we made in coming to Rising Sun Karate.

Both of my children are students here. My oldest has been in class at Rising Sun for almost 9 years. We moved to a different town and still attend here because the instructors are the best. They treat the kids like their own because we are all a huge family! My youngest has special needs and doesn’t always like loud noises and the instructors have been accommodating to him. They have watched him grow into the little man he is over the last 8 years. I recommend them to anyone when asked about karate. The curriculum is amazing and even sitting on the side lines I have learned so much!

Joined this organization. Enrolling my two daughters and they loved it! They enjoyed the classes and their instructors! They are great with keeping attention with the students. I’m very happy with this location which is close to home with several class times available. They keep the kids on their toes. My children already do chores at home but at joining they were given a “Job list” it’s to be completed before each Monday class. Keeps my girls on track with respect, jobs, discipline and so much more!
