The owner Nicholas has been in the air conditioning field for 18 years and worked in Austin for 12 years before settling in Rockport.
He brings his vast knowledge and technical experience to the coastal bend and believes that customer satisfaction is key to earning a customer's long term business. Between COVID, a heat wave, and wild fire season I understand HVAC businesses are really busy but you should consider hiring someone else! I called Air Performance Heating and Cooling in early June to get a quote for a new furnace and AC. John and his team were very responsive in getting me a reasonable quote(not the cheapest) and scheduling an install date within a week. Everything was installed and working within 2 days but there were minor hiccups that still haven't been addressed even after three months later. We we're quoted a CleanEffects system but was informed that we couldn't get it due

NO show second time in a month. FIRST, time they said, it was a computer clitch and that a lot of customers appointments dropped. SECOND time, they dont know what happened and i cant talk to a manager they only scedule appointments one company bought out the other company. Now the service experts are are a disappointment

I have never left a negative review on anything!
1.The technician left today after saying he would lock my door.....but guess what?
I came home to the door wide open 9 hours later!! My oven was askew and my heater was open with parts scattered on the carpet.
2. Once my landlord paid them today, they left my place a mess, unlocked and a broken heater behind them. All they want is the money.

We are happy customers!! We would like to thank Baker Air Conditioning & Heating for a phenomenal job in repairing/replacing our outdoor AC unit. We especially want to thank Kyle and Peter for going above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The communication between us and the office (Hannah) was excellent. She kept us informed on every step of the process. You guys rock!!
