I would love to get a text or email with the final arrangement (I always request and provide contact info) so I don't have to ask my friends/family to send me pics but I won't quibble. Haven't been disappointed with any order so far.

My Brother has ordered flowers for me twice from The Twisted Tulip. Once on the day I was putting my beloved cat down and once on the one year anniversary of our Dad dying. The pictures don't do them justice. They are the most joyful and unique floral arrangements that improve with age. They've also provided exceptional delivery service to my apt when my apt number was accidentally omitted by said Brother. They have assuredly made bad times better

Called up in the morning and talked to Donald to arrange a set of flowers for my wife to receive after work. She gets home well after normal delivery stops, but Donald went out and delivered them himself, despite somewhat poor directions from me from being a recent arrival myself. My wife was extremely pleased with both the aroma and appearance of the arrangement, and I was extremely pleased with the extra effort put in. Full points, will use for future flower needs.

Donald, Nancy, and Amanda were all involved in making the flowers at my Vail, CO wedding spectacular. I highly recommend The Twisted Tulip to any bride wanting a team of florists that are easy to communicate with and work within your budget. I also got to learn a lot about flowers in the planning process, something I never knew I would enjoy. My dream wedding was complete when Amanda handed me my bouquet!

As a daughter of a florist I am always hesitant to order flowers for my mom as she has set a pretty high standard. I was very disappointed with this florist and their response to receiving a call about the flowers dying less than 24 hours of delivery. While they did agree to replace the arrangement what it was replaced with was even worse than the flowers dying and looked like random flowers thrown in a vase not even much of a design. I purchased flowers from the grocery store that looked better. You can't claim to be a high designer florist and provide poor product and terrible customer

I contracted them for my wedding. I met with them more than any other vendor, and thought we were very much on the same page. The day of my wedding, my $300 bouquet was a small, condensed, wilted/nearly dead bouquet! I literally made sure my flowers were not a part of many of my photos because they were so awful! We met three times and went over what I specifically wanted, with inspirational photos, and what I got was nothing I asked for. I would've had a better bouquet spending $100 at the grocery store. The only aspect of my wedding day that I was upset with/regret, were my flowers.

It's after 6 o'clock on Valentine's Day and my flowers finally arrived after two phone calls to the shop. When I purchased from the company's website I saw no option for a timed delivery so I'll own that piece of it.
The picture I just took is far removed from the one on twisted tulips the website.
I definitely was expecting a more bountiful bouquet for the amount of money I was spending.
I understand today is the busiest flower delivery day of the year but I still expected a better product and maybe a little something in return for the delayed delivery.

We stopped in completely last minute looking for a floral crown for a maternity shoot my in-laws surprised us with the next day! The staff was so accommodating and creative! I showed them a previous floral crown that I had from our wedding and told them what I was into (mostly greens and not very flowery!) She had the crown done in THREE HOURS. WHAT?!?! It was absolutely perfect!

This was my first time using the new Yelp! feature.
I messaged that I had a budgeted amount, and, conveniently, sat back on my couch and waited.
On November 06, 2018, I received only one reply from Donald at the Twisted Tulip who assured me that his shop could fill my order if only I would call, which I did.
Now for those of you of you who are not familiar with ordering fresh flowers, and don't really see the point, that is the point. It is an extravagant and frivolous expense

I ordered from here last Mother's Day. I was very unhappy with the flowers that were delivered. They looked nothing like what was advertised on their website. I reached out to them and wrote them an email. No one ever acknowledged my message or email. I kept meaning to write a review about my displeasure but never got around to it. Today I received an email from them but not the reply I wanted a year ago. Just a "did you forget" email I assume regarding Mother's Day. How symbolic! No Twisted tulip I didn't forget and I appreciate you reminding me! Never again!

I wrote a review of what happened to a delivery that was supposed to happen on Saturday and did not. I just deleted it. So, this morning Beth from the Twisted Tulip called me and apologized, saying that she didn't understand they were supposed to be delivered by 3 PM on Saturday. So, we had a communications problem. Anyway, they are delivering the arrangement to my friend today and she is adding extra flowers to it, which is really nice. I suggested maybe use some hydrangeas because of their "fullness" and she agreed and proceeded to go put them together.
When she walked out with the finished product, I was SHOCKED. There was literally, 1 Hydrangea and 3 Lilies, with minimal greenery in a small, square

I'm from Cali and ordered flowers for my daughter on her birthday. The arrangement is a little bit on the traditional side. The arrangement is not contemporary and visually uninteresting. It's like a cluster of roses with flowers pinned in between. I ordered pale pink roses like blush pinks and told Crystal to accent it with fuchsia pink and purple flowers. This is what they delivered to my daughter. Check out this photo.
