We do structural observation and inspection to find solution for distressed structures such as cracked or settled footings, uneven floors, dry rotted wood beams, rusted steel members, titled/ cracked/ settled retaining wall and etc. We do structural design of all different structures including residential (new construction, remodeling and addition), commercial, retaining walls, pad and seismic anchorage of tanks, AC units, generators and storage racking systems and etc.

I have been working with Pacific Coast Structural for 10 years. Jeff is an incredibly creative engineer who has made all of my architectural designs structurally sound in the most efficient and cost-effective way, while still satisfying all current codes. I rarely get corrections form the city plan checkers on any of the structural plans prepared by Pacific Coast Structural. Working with Jeff is easy and and efficient. I highly recommend his company.

We worked with Jeff in December 2019 for a remodeling project. I talked to over 6 engineers for our project. Jeff was the one that we picked and we are very happy about our decision.
