Very pleased with service from Modern Design. This was the first major remodeling that I have done in a long time and this was the first place I went to. Leslie was very welcoming and steered me in the right direction with help picking out tile and cabinents for master bath tub to shower transformation. I did get 3 other estimates before going with Modern Design as they seemed the most knowledgeable and organized. The project manager, Mr. Nasar took over and was at my house everyday inspecting the work and would let me know when the differnt workman would show up. Christian, the tile guy, was always

We had an amazing experience with Modern Design and Remodeling. They were one of the best contractors we've ever worked with. They remodeled our kitchen countertops, the kitchen sink, and lighting in the kitchen and did an excellent job. Very easy to work with, very accommodating, very responsive to phone calls and texts. Modern design is a mother-son operation. Leslie is involved in the design side and Israel does all the technical general contractor work. After the initial design you will be working mostly with Israel as he supervises the crews and is pretty much in contact with you whenever you want. They did a good job on what was a big job -- kitchen, breakfast room, living room, utility room, and computer room. It all came out very nice and we wouldn't have know how to start out without Leslie's input. Recommend.

This is the place to go to! My wife and I recently had Modern Design and Remodeling redo my master bathroom and entire bottom floor. We were briefed on everything going on from beginning to end and Israel was able to answer any questions that we had. All in all, these guys know what they’re doing and relieve the headache of having to deal with several contractors for one job. Thank you again!
